I VALUE STARTING COUNSELING WITH WHERE YOU, THE CLIENT, ARE AT AND WORKING TOGETHER TOWARDS YOUR GOALS.
I USE THE FOLLOWING APPROACHES IN THERAPY: DIALECTIAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (DBT), COGNITVITE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT), FAMILY BASED THERAPY (FBT).
